Getting AI to Work: Honest Conversations on Adoption in Construction
AI is generating real interest across the construction industry, but for many firms, it hasn't yet translated into consistent, scalable value. This working session brings together peers to have an honest conversation about why. Drawing on insights from Candy Lau Pindrik, National Director of Data Analytics & AI at Swinerton, the session explores the most common adoption hurdles facing AEC organizations today. Through facilitated roundtable discussions, attendees will share experiences and work together to identify practical paths forward, leaving with new perspectives and peer connections to help move the needle on AI adoption within their own organizations.
